Okoya further stated that proper trainings will lead to reduced likelihood of outages in computer rooms and data centres as well as encourage data centre energy efficiency.

“It is on record that Data Centre outages is usually due to lack of awareness and proper maintenance tendencies; there is a growing need to have next-generation data centres with reduced complexity to serve as the needed business enabler and deliver breakthrough economic benefits.”

Also speaking, the General Manager, Sales & Marketing, Mr. Kazeem Keshinro, added that finding a lasting solution to Data Centre failures and outages, is not far-fetched.
